Fire Risk Assessments You Can Trust

At ROAR, we believe that great fire safety is about understanding risk, not just ticking boxes. Every building has its own story, and our fire risk assessments are designed to help you tell that story clearly, responsibly, and compliantly.

We undertake comprehensive fire risk assessments across a wide range of premises – from offices, shops, schools, pubs and restaurants, healthcare facilities and community buildings to residential blocks and industrial units.

Each assessment is carried out by a competent and accredited Fire Risk Assessor (Level 4, MIFireE, NEBOSH Diploma), using proportionate and practical measures aligned with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (as amended) and current British Standards.

A red fire alarm with a flashing light is installed on a wall inside an industrial building.

Our process goes beyond compliance - we help you:

Identify realistic fire hazards and people at risk.

Evaluate existing fire precautions and management arrangements.

Prioritise actions with clear, proportionate, pragmatic recommendations

Create confidence for your Responsible Person, residents, staff and insurers

We don’t just issue reports - we build understanding. Whether you manage a single site or a portfolio, we’ll help you strengthen your fire safety culture and demonstrate compliance with professionalism and care. We work collaboratively with our clients and explain our rationale in plain English.
